Ohakune - station built in 1908. The mountain town at southern end of Tongariro National Park is a winter ski town & summer ghost town.
Ohakune - just across from the station is a signal tower, relocated from another part of the North Island

Raurimu - Avery-Hardoll vintage petrol pump (gallons). The town is northwest of Tongariro National Park on Hwy 4 - known for a railway spiral much like Tehachapi Loop
