B&W challenge; #2

Louise Sue challenged me to post one black and white photo for 5 days in a row and challenge another flickr-member each day to do the same. Today day 2.
I toned the individual colours to b&w in order to keep the contrast between the white and the yellow areas. I thought the b&w still was a little bit dull, so I made some adjustments with charcole. These adjustments resulted in an allmost white high key image wich I blended (vived light) with a black layer.
This made me lose the contrast in the screw cap, so I copied the cap out of the 'whité' charcole image and pasted it on top of the other layers. The white cap I blended in with the dissolve mode. The first time ever I used this mode.
