thinking of you
I attempted a new twist on my go-to resist technique. I stamped the SSS Leaves Background stamp on versamark, and white heat embossed it. Then I used Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers and Blueprint Sketch to ink over it. The new-to-me twist was ironing off the Embossing Powder. My first effort was not entirely successful :) I managed to stick the typing paper to the inkblended panel... so I only had about half of the panel that was usable. I trimmed into pieces to break it up a big. Then I used an old sentiment from SSS Happy Mail and embossed it in white. I cut it out with a SSS Stitched Circle die. The SSSFlickr Challenge #106 is all about resist techniques, so I created this card for that challenge.
