I can't even express how excited I am to be sitting on the bed with both knees bent! Now, #Matilda is not at 90 in the picture, but she's bent and cool with it, and I'm comfy, not just flopped out on the bed. We've spent the day doing swings, kicks, and bends, as well as some monster stepping with the resistance band around my ankles (much better than the thigh experience) I'm celebrating this as a win! #totalkneereplacement
