Nighties (Stranger 24/100)
Sadly there's not much of a story this time.
There's a walking path near my house and its been such a long time I was planning this shot. As it it winter time here and pretty cold lately, I haven't got any chances.
Last night I was pretty bored and I decided to walk a little and took my camera with me. It was pretty cold but I was well prepared. After strolling around for some time I come across with this guy and asked whether he would like to be model for a shot that I was planning for such a long time. He agreed and I started working.
The path is usually pretty dark for a hand held photo but there are street lights and by using the deflector it is possible to lit the face of the subject. The background, a well lit mosque, provides the background color.
Sadly it was raining and I had to rush it and my portrait is a little soft. But I had the location tested and I am looking forward to my next stranger to photograph at the same spot. I love my ninfty fifty and enjoy using this lens. I need to fosuc on my DOF and should have used a little wider aperture, with a higher ISO.
Anıl is a young guy who is working in the aviation industry. As aviation is one of my hobbies we got on well right away. He is working as dispatcher and as he has a new Nikon, we talked about visiting the airport for some spotting.
Any comments are wellcome, as usual.
