A bit about me...

I was of the Super Nintendo era, where I had one of those brick mobile phones that didn't have the internet but had that snake game. I soon couldn't get enough of computers as I am one of those 'play-until-you-figure-it-out' sort of people. My career adviser suggested graphic design... at that was it.

I gained a double degree in Graphic Design & Multimedia. I loved watching animations and surfing the web so thought why not learn how to animate and design websites as well. Then worked for a small design studio (ArtAngel Deigns) I quickly learnt the ropes designing for all kinds of media. It was a small studio so I got to work closely and make friends with the majority of the clients. It wasn't the typical first junior designer jobs where you just make coffee... although I do make a mean cup of tea. I designed for web and print and took projects from concept to completion.

At 22, having a taste for adventure I decided to set off and backpack around Europe visiting the likes of over 16 countries and settled in London for a bit over a year. I was priviledged enough to work for the National Gallery Company in London. I soon became part of the vibrant team and was designing instore promotional material for the shop and products featuring the famous artworks of artists such as Van Gogh, Monet and Da Vinci. Located in central London, I could spend my afternoons exploring the city and found a love of Asian cuisine.

Since my visa ended it was time to my voyage to end and return back to Oz. Wanting to add further to my career possibilities I gained a Diploma in Education (secondary teacher) whilst living it up at the Sunshine Coast. I am currently moving to Melbourne...
