Ich bin Schlosser und besaß meine erste und noch analoge Kamera 2001. Über die Jahre betrieb ich dieses Hobby mal mehr, mal weniger ambitioniert, später dann auch digital.

Ende 2019 habe ich begonnen, mein altes Hobby nach einiger Zeit der Pause wieder aufleben zu lassen und ein neues kleines Kameraset anzuschaffen. Das ist dann ein bisschen eskaliert. Begeistert von diesen neuen Spielsachen gehe ich das Ganze jetzt völlig neu an.

Ein bisschen Literatur, Tutorials im Web und gerade auch die Inspiration auf Flickr haben einen neuen Lernprozess in Gang gebracht. Ich entdecke für mich völlig neue Bereiche der Fotographie! Seit 2021 ist auch meine liebe Frau (Vee Ba) aktiv mit dabei.

I am a locksmith and owned my first and still analog camera in 2001. Over the years I pursued this hobby sometimes more, sometimes less ambitious, then later digitally.

At the end of 2019, I started to revive my old hobby after some time off and acquire a new small camera set. That then escalated a bit. Thrilled with these new toys, I'm now taking a completely new approach to the whole thing.

A bit of literature, tutorials on the web and just the inspiration on Flickr have started a new learning process. I am discovering completely new areas of photography for me! Since 2021, my dear wife (Vee Ba) is also actively involved.

Je suis serrurier et j'ai possédé mon premier appareil photo, encore analogique, en 2001. Au fil des années, j'ai pratiqué ce hobby de manière plus ou moins ambitieuse, puis, plus tard, en numérique.

Fin 2019, j'ai commencé à faire revivre mon ancien hobby après une certaine période de pause et à acheter un nouveau petit ensemble d'appareils photo. Cela a ensuite connu une petite escalade. Enthousiasmé par ces nouveaux jouets, j'aborde maintenant le tout de manière totalement nouvelle.

Un peu de littérature, des tutoriels sur le web et justement aussi l'inspiration sur Flickr ont déclenché un nouveau processus d'apprentissage. Je découvre pour moi de tout nouveaux domaines de la photographie ! Depuis 2021, ma chère épouse (Vee Ba) participe aussi activement à ce projet.
