Flickr incarnation #3.

This time around I am limiting my weekly count of uploads to just a few images, to make it faster to wade through my recent activity for any who are interested. I take my imagination with me, and I look for what is underfoot, and gather from what is in front of me, cleaning it up afterwards with post-processing. Throwing an ordinary subject into the "rock polisher" of editing software often reveals colors and patterns you did not apprehend at first look.

Alternately, my more inclusive photoalbum uploads are on Facebook, and those photos are set to public viewing, so you don't need to "friend" me to view most of them. Finally, a few slideshows set to original music can be found on my YouTube channel.

I started on Flickr at the time that I acquired a mid-level DSLR, and have been off and on since 2010 as "connect:ed", "tao ist", "edami", and a couple of other screennames which I've since abandoned and forgotten!

This current Flickr name came to mind as a fun play on words for my new life in 2012 married to That Camel Woman.

I try to practice an etiquette of following others; there are actually more interesting and creative Flickr members than I have time to keep up with, but I figure if I keep the following/followed numbers in general balance, I'm doing things right.

Always keep in mind: where you are is not who you are. Be who you are, but be honest about where you are, and everything will work out for the best.
