Joined Flickr in the early days. At the time Flickr was one of the first social web sites for folk discovering photography (with digital cameras, mostly).

Had signed up for Facebook when it was still mostly college students. (Someone said it was interesting. It was not.) My Flickr contacts mostly moved over to Facebook in the late-2000s. Since then Flickr is more like a ghost town. Got tired of Facebook several years back and dropped off.

Fair warning - with some folks every picture they put up is a gem. For my purposes - every picture I might want to share (family, friends, whatever) goes up on Flickr. That means the value in each picture may be less than immediately apparent. :)

Photography is only a minor hobby, so I make no claims about the pictures posted here. If you are looking for better work, look in my contacts or favorites (or at least what I think is better work).
