Nature lover and photographer who lost his way but is now loving photography again. (never lost my connection to nature though)

My gear: Nikon D300s and D500 cameras both with battery grips. Sigma 150 - 600mm Contempary super zoom with 1.4 extender, if needed, Tamron 90mm 1:1 macro, Tamron 70- 300mm 1:1.5 macro lens, 3rd party macro ring flash. Benbo #1 tripod with gimbal head (rarely leaves home, too heavy), K & F tripod with ball and socket head. Lowepro rucksack. Medium pot of Sunflower hearts and suet berry pellets, sometimes peanuts too.

Processing: Faststone Image Viewer, DXO PureRaw 3, Photoshop 2023 and sometimes PhotoZoom Pro 8 if needed.

Favourite photographers: Jan Wegener, Carl Bovis and anyone else I follow or follows me.

My photography goal: To bring pleasure to as many like minded people as possible and brighten their days.
