Cooperative Educational Service Agency 1 - CESA #1

Serving more than 260,000 children in 45 school districts in southeastern Wisconsin, as well as the educational organizations that support them, CESA #1 (Cooperative Educational Service Agency) is the vital link among school districts, agencies, and organizations that educate students.

Created by the Wisconsin legislature, CESA #1 provides an interactive network of high-quality services and partnership opportunities to promote cost effective and equalized educational results across diverse school districts, all for the lifelong benefit of children.

As a regional agency serving school districts in Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington, and Waukesha counties, we make it possible for schools, regardless of size, to work together to share staff and equipment, save money, and extend educational opportunities to all parts of the region and to all children.
