Photographer, Nomad English teacher, currently planning to teach in Bali, my favorite place on this planet (Thailand will always hold that special #2 place in my heart though). Motorcycle and vintage car Junky. Currently building a 1987 BMW E30. 27 years of age as of June 2020. Been photographing for 20 years now. My dad (RIP), who was a professional saxophonist and semi-pro photographer put my first camera (OM-2000) into my hands at age 7. Followed shortly thereafter by my first guitar, a 90s Yairi Alvarez dreadnought with beautiful tree of life inlay work. My first big break in digital was on Christmas 2005 when I received a Canon EOS-20d. 8 megapixels and a crop sensor, what fun! But Hey, I shot my first wedding on this when I was 14! This camera lasted me up until mid high school when I finally got my dads hand me down 5D I'd dreamt of. Music became my calling and throughout high school I started focusing more on the music and less on the photography. Even passing up a full-ride scholarship to Hallmark institute of photography... not that I could have gone anyway as I dropped out early senior year and got my GED. I ended up moving to Los Angeles for a few years and going to uni for music and guitar Luthery (building and fixing them). Haven't done much since besides travel the world and turn a hobby of photography into a profession.

Fuji Mirrorless is my workhorse these days. Several Film cameras for personal and some pro work when asked.
