I am a retired accountant living in Chesterfield, Virginia, near Richmond. I took up nature and wildlife DSLR photography as a retirement hobby a few years ago. I particularly enjoy taking photos in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks in Wyoming, Sweetwater Wetlands and Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park near Gainesville, Florida, Cedar Key, Florida, along the Rappahannock River near Urbanna, Virginia, and at the floodwall along the James River in Richmond, Virginia. I tend to favor photographing large birds, but after joining Flickr I am trying to expand to other areas. I enjoy viewing other’s photographs on Flickr, and I appreciate all the comments and faves.
