I am a retired accountant living in Chesterfield, Virginia, near Richmond. I took up nature and wildlife DSLR photography as a retirement hobby several years ago. I particularly enjoyed taking photos in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks in Wyoming, Sweetwater Wetlands and Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park near Gainesville, Florida, Cedar Key, Florida, along the Rappahannock River near Urbanna, Virginia, and at the floodwall along the James River in Richmond, Virginia. Unfortunately, my wife and I cannot travel much anymore. I always tended to favor photographing large birds, but after joining Flickr I sought to expand to other areas. I enjoy viewing other’s photographs on Flickr, and I appreciate all the comments and faves.
