Black-Headed Bulbul

Black-Headed Bulbul, Pycnonotus atriceps, Merbah Siam

This bird is a member of the bulbul family of passerine birds. It is found in forests in Southeast Asia. They mainly feeds on small fruit and berries, but will also take insects. It commonly occurs in small flocks moving from tree to tree foraging for fruits and insects.

Selalunya pokok yang sedang berbuah di hutan akan menarik banyak jenis burung terutama Bulbul atau Merbah. Merbah Siam biasanya akan muncul dalam satu kumpulan kecil apabila ada pokok seumpama itu dipinggir hutan, tempat terbaik untuk merakam gambarnya.
