Eastern Red-tailed hawks with male doing his breeding display--dangling his feet, and flying just above the female. That's an adult Turkey vulture in the upper right of the photo. You can see that it's an adult due to flight feather molt. Hatch year birds would not be molting flight feathers until next summer.
