This video explains how to set up a CSR on the CatTech website. CSRs can be provided a unique password to login to the CatTech website. As a brand owner you can give multiple CSR's full access or limited to your website. With your permission, CSRs have the ability to view sales records, edit or add product listings and add or edit sales events.
