Kitzbühel is also the Birthplace of some world-famous Alpinists (as Peter Aufschnaiter), Downhill Racers (as Ernst Hinterseer, Hansi Hinterseer, Toni Sailer, Anderl Molterer and many more) and Artists (Alfons Walde).
Also the world famous Hahnenkamm-Race (Ski downhill Racing) is held in Kitzbühel every Year. It is the most difficult Competition in the Ski World. If you look down the Hahnenkamm Slope, you'll get frightened for sure...
