Stranger 20/100 - Stefania [#Explored 22/5/2015]
Putting together a stranger shot, as already said by other people, is not just pressing a camera trigger: you need to find a good location with proper lighting, choose a good model, use the right camera settings, interact with the model and then there's the presentation work. Today, rather than walking around looking for a good location, was all about finding some good model: I still find extremely difficult to spot and stop adults, but I will hopefully manage to do that one day.
Stefania was walking with her friend (forgot her name, I'm so sorry about it!) and I stopped them explaining the project: they seemed to be interested in this but a bit shocked by this encounter. I showed them some of my previous shots and Stefania agreed to be my next stranger. After taking a couple of shots of the two girlfriends, I showed Stefania where to stand and fired off some shots.
Stefania seemed to enjoy this and I took the time to explain her how to use the QR code on my cards; some more shooting and that was it.
Thank you Stefania for becoming my stranger #20.
Please get in touch if you want me to send you the other images
