Meet Iris!

This lady has been quite the problem child. I qualified for the PKF Juri 2014 when I placed an order for a MNF body (for LAST year's MNF Juri) with Fairyland's summer event. At the same time, I bought her a body with the head back second-hand on DoA. I paid for sea mail from Australia because I knew I'd be waiting on the faceplate anyway. Luckily, I paid for insurance.

 

Fast-forward 13 weeks: I had waited the maximum time stated on the Aus Post web page and called USPS to check on my package. The shipping hadn't been updated since right after I bought her! My seller harassed her PO, as it hadn't left the country, and all of a sudden, my box arrived. It took 17 weeks total. O.o

 

In the meantime, my order had come in at DDE. When I put her all together, I was a bit disappointed because she hadn't been what I was hoping for. I posted on Facebook and luckily, someone realized that I had the WRONG FACEPLATE! So I went back to DDE, exchanged her, and now my little one is complete! Phew!

 

She was worth the wait though. What a cutie!!! <3 <3 <3
