Rowan has HAIR!

When I asked M!ndy to make a wig for Talitha, I asked her to make one for Rowan too. This little thing is too small for even the smallest wigs, so hers was custom-made with just her measurements and it's too cute! And she even made me a little makeshift experimental tail cover, which I love!
