Herniated Cervical Disc, Before

this is basicly what the herniated disc looked like before, looking down th

espine at it. When they opened me up, they found mine bigger than what the

MRI implied, so they did a laminectomy around the keyhole cut into the bone

to make more room for the nerve.

I woke up from surgery without ANY pain in my arm since oct 14th. I think,

based on where the pain in my arm was, that this might have had something to

do with the fall i did 9 months ago where i broke that arm with a very small

spiral fracture. it just laid dormant all this time. all the work in th

estudio, trying to rush jobs around, i think i just overdid it.

but i have my left arm back just like god gave me.

the neck, is a bit wierd.

its very swollen. they did a posterior approach, and an excellent job.

things will be different now.
