203/365 2009-4-27 Raclette

I have a Swiss friend, and she invited me over once for Raclette dinner. It's a traditional Swiss dish - there's a raclette grill, you basically melt your cheese and then scrape it on cooked potatoes, pearl onions, dill pickles. I know it sounds odd, but it is a wonderful meal.
