2015-10-14 Tabbouleh salad with baked falafel and tahini-yogurt sauce

However, I do have to admit, I made the falafels from a mix you can get at the grocery store, and then baked according to the recipe. Honestly, for a weekday meal, they turned out just fine.

Fun fact: the colorful reflections on the left side of the bowl and to the right of the wooden candle holder are from watching Jeopardy. :-)
