2014-8-18 Buckwheat polenta and roasted veggies

Recipe is posted on the blog. I found it in David Lebovitz's new cookbook, My Paris Kitchen, and immediately wanted to try it. He made a different topping for it, which I'd also like to make some other time - the polenta itself was very good, though. Except I forgot to add the cornmeal in a slow, steady stream, so it ended up being a little bit lumpy...
