2-17-2014 Sourdough whole wheat rye bread

My first (reasonably) successful crusty loaf, following the instructions (to some degree) that worked for Michael's crusty loaf. I got back to making a sourdough starter - I love baking with it, or using it for waffles. There's something homey about keeping and feeding a sourdough starter...The recipe for this bread is posted on the blog.
