2-9-2014 Ratatouille pie with herb polenta crust
My Swiss friend, Britta invited us to her traditional annual Swiss brunch. She goes to Basel to visit her family at Christmas time, and brings back Swiss cheese with when she returns to the States. We all bring something brunchy to contribute, and it's a nice way to catch up with friends - and occasionally new people - this way.
This year I made this vegetable pie I found in a cookbook in the local library on the new publication shelf - I think it turned out quite tasty. It's especially a nice dish to serve vegetarian friends.
