Whilst the Hucknall to Heanor section of Amberline is continuing to operate as route number 34, sadly the Heanor to Derby leg is being axed. In order to keep Horsley Woodhouse on a bus route, Notts & Derby's 138 is being diverted to serve most of the village which will still offer a service to Heanor, but also opens up new opportunities the other way with it running to Belper.
