Rescued Jack Russell Mom and Pups from Hoarder in Venice, Florida
www.yourwebmonster.com - Easy, honest, reliable, and quick website design and optimization services provided by Your Web Monster in Florida near Sarasota, Englewood, Port Charlotte, and Venice.
I also am a foster parent for the Suncoast Humane Society in Englewood, Florida. Suncoast Humane Society took in 18 dogs from the hoarder in Venice, Florida in May 2012. This mother Jack Russell and her 3 puppies were some of the dogs rescued out of the total of 263 dogs being kept in cages and horrific living conditions on 1 property.
The mom was terribly underweight and the puppies were 3 weeks old. The mom has been an excellent mother and she is now getting a chance at becoming a dog in a loving home and it is a joy to see her personality come out. I named her Marge, after the mom on "The Simpsons" because she is a very loving mom that won't let anything stop her from caring for her pups, yet has the sweetest disposition despite her previous living conditions. Blazer is a firecracker, he is the smallest in the litter, but he is the first to eat, and loves to play and be curious, so watch out, he blazes a trail, he moves so fast. Roxy is a mix of play and snuggling, she is very curious about everything. Oliver is a total "momma's boy", he wants to constantly be at his mother's side, but every now and then he comes out of his shell for a good back rub, he absolutely loves his back scratched, as do all of the dogs.
There are many dogs that need loving homes everywhere, all the time, so visit your local Animal Shelter and give an animal another chance at a loving home.
