Lighting the Way Home

Silver Spring, MD - April 24th, 2014- Elected officials, community members, board members staff and volunteers gathered at our Carroll Avenue Quebec Terrace (CAQT) Community Center to celebrate new illuminated mosaic address plaques in Silver Spring, MD and our Common Ground initiative. For those who live in the buildings with the new artwork, the signs bring hope.
