Gold Menorah with Kohen/priest
The gold candelabra was lit daily in the Holy Temple. Seven wicks would burn only the purest of olive oil approved by the high priest. One or two drops of oil from each olive and the jar sealed with wax and the high priest's seal. It took 7 days to get enough oil to light the menorah for one day.
When the small Jewish army called the Macabees regained the Temple from the mighty Syrian Greeks, they could only find one of these oil jars untampered with. They deliberated on whether to wait or light the menorah immediately.
They chose to light it right way and to their surprise, it lasted for 8 days until they had enough new oil! Thus is miracle of Chanukah and the reason why it is celebrated for 8 days and nights.
The scale is approximately 1/35th scale and could be used in a Holy Temple or Tabernacle MOC. It would have had three stone steps and was about the same height as a person.
