these are not wrinkles ; I'm afraid this old man has what we call the Hansen's desease (or leprosy) ,an advanced stage . in french, we call this aspect of the face "faciès léonin" ( lion face ). the optic nerves are often damaged in Leprosy that's why he lost sight . of course only skin's tests could confirm this however the clinical aspect is so characteristic !
