蛋黄南瓜 (Pumpkin Coated With Salted Egg Yolks)

This was a sinful packed-with-cholesterol delight. Sweet juicy pumpkin fried and then quickly stir-fried coated with mashed salted egg yolks. The combination of pumpkin sweetness and egg yolks savoury saltiness is irresistible; a deadly duo.

 

However, it did get a little heavy on tasting after a few morsels, so I guess this delightful dish is best enjoyed in small doses.
