Spicy Spinach (Sag Ko Tarkari)

A return to "Nepali Kitchen' for part two of Nepalese taste sampling.

 

Spinach stir-fried with tomatoes, smoky dried chillies and curry spices (dominated by cumin) for a slightly Indianised rendition of Chinese style stir-frying.

 

The dish was quite salty though and it is not possible to enjoy it without pairing it with rice.
