朝鲜泡菜炒猪肉 (Pork Stir-Fried With Kimchi)
Lunch @ A Korean Eatery (I have forgotten to note the name of the restaurant down) in "Hong Kong Gardens" area of Qingdao.
The area is home to plenty of Korean and Japanese eateries. One is simply spoilt for choices for a taste of the Far East.
I love Kimchi and anything stir-fried with it. The fermented note becomes a little more muted, smouldered by the wok's metallic grilled aroma and a wondrous sweetness developed. Paired with meat, they made a great combo. And here, the combo worked again brilliantly.
