韩风石锅拌饭 (Dolsot Bibimbap)

Lunch @ A Korean Eatery (I have forgotten to note the name of the restaurant down) in "Hong Kong Gardens" area of Qingdao.

 

Korean style mixed rice. Cooked rice placed in stone bowl and topped with several types of julienned vegetable (carrots, long beans etc) and then heated up. Served topped with an egg and dollops of Gochujang (Korean Hot Chilli Pepper paste). As the rice sizzles and hisses, one just need to mix everything up to enjoy a robust display of Korean tastes.
