韩风海鲜煎饼 (Seafood Pajeon)

Lunch @ A Korean Eatery (I have forgotten to note the name of the restaurant down) in "Hong Kong Gardens" area of Qingdao.

 

I love Pajeons. How can one not? Throw in seafood and throw in chopped spring onions into a pancake mix and pan-grilled it. You can bite into the bits of cooked seafood and spring onions in the still moist soft interiors but yet still enjoy the satisfaction of the eggy crispy crust on top.

 

Decadently satisfying.
