炒菜心 (Stir-Fry Chye Sim)
Dinner @ 'Yue Yu Xuan' (越饫轩) for Southeast Asian cuisine in Qingdao's "Hong Kong Gardens".
Just wanted some greens to go with the meal. Chye Sim is a type of Chinese Cabbage. They are absolutely crunchy and juicy and good on their own stir-fried simply with soysauce, garlic or oyster sauce.
