泰式烤猪颈肉 (Thai Style Grilled Pork Cheeks)

Dinner @ 'Yue Yu Xuan' (越饫轩) for Southeast Asian cuisine in Qingdao's "Hong Kong Gardens".

 

Grilled pork cheeks when done right is an absolute delight.

 

These were fragrantly spiced with Thai spices (lemongrass etc) and there was a faint but pleasant grilled note but I find the slices a tad too meaty.
