虾饺 (Har Kow / Steamed Prawn Dumplings)

"Dim Sum" is not Shandong cuisine by a long mile. These are the specialties from the south, taste from Guangdong province, where freshness dominates the demand for taste.

 

The "Har Kow"(s) were a lot better - I was lucky to grab a hot lot. But they were a tad flavourless, as if the prawns were drained of flavour molecules. And they were also just a shade on the side of being chewy.......
