皮蛋瘦肉汤 (Pork With Century Egg Soup)

Now, this dish intrigued me. It probably isn't a famous dish or anything - more of a rustic offering from the eatery. Century Egg and Pork is a famous combo used for preparing Cantonese style rice congee but I have never seen such a combo for a soup.
My travelling mate wanted soup and so in the end, it was his desire for soup and my desire to taste something different that resulted in us both ordering this combo.
The serving was HUGE but the dish actually tasted great. Everything had been prepared in bite sizes and the pieces of century egg were not over-cooked. They added a hint of sulphurous note to the soup but it was not offensive and blended well with the pork meaty taste.
