拌鸡片 (Spicy Chicken Salad)

Dinner @ '成都印象' in Chengdu.

 

One of many spicy appetisers ordered for the evening. Slivers of chicken meat spiced up with chilli powder, roasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onions, served flavoured lightly with sesame oil. Unfortunately, standing against more robust and memorable competitors, I almost keep not remember this dish!

Done
