Pickled vegetables are common side dishes in Asia. Mustard Greens are popular vegetable for pickling as they hold their shapes well.
This came as a side dish for the Stir-Fried Hsinchu Rice Vermicelli.
Pickled vegetables are usually salty, sourish, spicy or sometimes, sweetish. In this case, this version was more sweetish salty than any other versions.
