Tainan Minced Pork Rice Vermicelli (台南擔仔米粉/台南担仔米粉)

Dinner @ "微風台北車站美食街" (Taipei Train Station Subway Station Food Street) and a try of "度小月擔仔麵", a famous chain, offering these delicacies from the south of Taiwan. (I have featured this dish before when I visited out of their restaurants a year ago)

 

This is the version (same as the earlier version of noodles) served with very fine angelic rice vermicelli.
