Wok-Fried Brown Rice With Pork (肉絲炒糙米/肉丝炒糙米)

Dinner @ the famous "鼎泰豐" of Taiwan.

 

Ordered some rice just to make sure everyone at the table get their fill. Surprisingly, despite it being a tad greasy, the brown rice came out fragrant, fluffy and tender, not at all cereal-like and dry.

 

Hallmark of good rice stir-frying skills!
