This soybean drink chain is omnipotent in Taiwan. The soybean drink is freshly brewed daily.

 

The chain also sells a galaxy of local food and this is one of them - a kinda Sino-Japanese fusion - rice rolls filled with pork floss, preserved radishes and egg.

 

Very savoury and makes for a filling light snack.
