Yunnan Rice Noodles Soup with Preserved Vegetable (云南米线汤与腌菜)

Rice noodle is a staple in this part of China.

(This is, in fact, the breakfast served by my Hotel in Dali (大理).)

 

Simple fare - a little spicy minced pork served on rice noodles soup, accompanied by some preserved vegetable for extra taste.

 

The same dish are also sold by the small eateries for less than 10RMB a bowl.
