Don't be surprised to see street vendors braising goat's legs as a takeaway on-the-go snack.

 

The mantra: nothing is ever wasted, even if it's really just skin and bones. I did not tried this stall but I have tried gnawing on bones before. Properly done, the skin is soft and supple and melts away like butter.
