Grass Jelly With Yam Paste, Ice Cream, Glutinous Pearls and Sweet Potato Jelly (烧仙草系列甜品)

This is a Taiwanese influence. Only the Taiwanese will play around with traditional desserts and turned them "upside down" (so to speak) into new forms.

 

It is quite common now to see these new style of dessert shops in China. They are especially popular with the younger crowd.
