Another very famous Taiwanese shaved ice dessert. Extremely popular during the hot and humid summer months.
We were hunting for "Ice Monster' - a famous ice dessert shop but they have moved to a new location (which we eventually hunted down). In its place, a new shop had popped up, selling...drum rolls....ice desserts as well.
Ahh....plump, sweet, fragrant cubes of ripe mango, plomped generously atop a plate of finely shaved ice and then richly drenched with sweet condensed milk.
